See You At The Pole - UPDATE

Hello,

As promised the update for the See You at the Pole - as per conversation with the school divisions and contacting them to ensure that all knew of the event. WE are allowed to pray as long as we are not on the school property. In other words praying around the flag pole would be and should be called See You Across the Pole.

So for those of you not sure what we are praying and how we are praying please see the following and feel free to cut and paste, so that you can take it with you. These prayers and scripture are tools but let the Holy Spirit guide you through.

Each scripture is read and then is followed by Holy Spirit prayer. There are those who have never prayed out loud before, if you think of it as just talking you’ll be fine. Praying aloud is not mandatory just allows us to agree with you. It is appropriate to pray or sing in tongue as led by the Holy Ghost.

Areas of for Prayer Coverage:

Pray for the protection of our children on the playground, coming and going to school

Pray for their open hearts, minds, ears, eyes to the Gospel

Pray for the leadership of the churches that we may have opportunity to share Jesus more often

Pray for the single moms in the High schools and the dads who are not participating with their the mothers

Pray against drugs, sex, violence, loneliness, depression, cutting, suicides, and gangs in the schools

Pray against bullies and angry kids

Pray for children of divorce and the would feel loved in both homes

Pray for the families that are represented by each student

Pray for our children to have opportunity to share Jesus with them

Pray for the opportunity to get the Lord’s Prayer and the CEF program.

Pray for our children to lead bible studies, Quest programs

Pray for the churches to do outreaches to the schools

Pray for the teachers and leaders who are Christian that they would witness to those they work with in boldness

Prayer for our brothers and sisters in Christ to take a stand and join groups such as Mothers Who Care and pray for our children

Pray that each school will be covered in prayer daily

Pray that God will move and that we will be His hands and feet, warriors

Pray for boldness

Pray for the blinders to be removed, scales to be lifted so that the non-believers will see

Pray for the ears to be open to Gospel

Pray for peace at the schools

Pray for unity of the Body of Christ to move in schools as one

Trust the Lord to open the hearts of yourself and those at the Pole because He knows all and promises to be there when we lift our eyes to the mountains for that is where our help comes from. Trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding. I know the Holy Spirit will give understanding, wisdom.

Father, thank you for each warrior that will participate on the Sept 26^th, I ask for a hedge of protection around them and their families. I pray for safety and good weather for that day. I pray that you Holy Spirit will guide and direct each person to know exactly what to pray at each school. I pray that you will give us wisdom at the pole and thank you in advance that you are already laying things upon our hearts. Thank you for the opportunity to share with those in our neighborhoods and for those who we will meet during this event. Thank you Jesus we pray this in your Name. Amen
